The nutty things people get up to getting into the good books of Guinness

Guinness book of World Records. Even when there is no drop of the dark ale in the veins of most people participating, there seems to be no limit to the number of annual attempts.

From the largest group to dance to Michael Jackson's own sales-record-breaking 'Thriller', through the largest number of people to gather and dance for days, to the oldest woman to give birth, perhaps it underscores the innate need in all humans for uniqueness in achievement.

So, there is no need to ask "Why" and there might not really be a need for a naughtiness or nuttiness test to be developed for these record breakers after all. Ha-ha....

The oldest woman to give birth was 66 - yes, it's in the past tense because she just died this week at the age of 69.

Despite that, already there is a 72-year old raring to go for the otherwise vacant throne of active motherhood, even if through fetus implantation via in vitrio fertilization or IVF - as would be expected, she would have seen her last period only ages/decades ago...

To get a feel on the moral and other health issues associated with this brave - Jenny Brown - woman's latest $60,000.00 attempt, just follow the links below:

AEROBICS

AVOID THE 3 MOST COMMON GYM MISTAKES

Mistake #1: No warm-up or cool-down

Jumping into your workout routine without a proper warm-up or finishing without a proper cool-down is a surefire way to set yourself up for acute injuries during the workout or chronic injuries over time......

Mistake #2: Poor technique

Doing an exercise too quickly or executing a move with sloppy form can increase your risk of injury. And an injury can interrupt your workout program, and make it difficult to be consistent and get results......

Mistake #3: Skipping muscles or movements

Most of us tend to work muscle groups that are problem areas or important to us. For example, many women place an extra focus on their legs, buns and thighs, and many men place more focus on their chest and arms. And everyone wants flat, tight abs!

It is OK to place an emphasis on the muscle groups that are extra important to you, but it is critical to provide your body with a balanced workout to avoid short- and long-term injuries......
